Special Events
We are happy to offer our Haywood learning studio to host children’s event celebrations, including birthdays and other special occasions.
In our learning studio, there are theme-specific decorations and tableware, chairs and tables for eight children or more, depending on your party size. Additionally, finger food provided and a full kitchen available to store and plate any other food items that you would like to serve.
We currently have two themed events available to choose from; however, we will be able to accommodate special requests if there is enough time to plan and coordinate. The details of each package, along with some sample photos are included below.
Imaginative Art Party
- Use of the entire space, including the kitchen
- Decorations and furniture include balloons, themed tableware, chairs & a table for eight children (please specify if you have a larger party size)
- 2-hour duration with a hostess available at all times
- One canvas (choice of size) with a decorative rock is provided for each child to paint and take home
Whimsical Tea Party
- Use of the entire space, including the kitchen
- Decorations and furniture include balloons, themed tableware, chairs & a table for eight children (please specify if you have a larger party size)
- 2-hour duration with a hostess available at all times
- Iced tea or lemonade served with macarons, cupcakes and tarts
- Fruits available upon request
