What is the process of registering your child at Ambleside Montessori?

We will respond to your inquiry within three working days.
What are your preschool hours?
We are open five days a week, Monday to Friday, from 8 am – 5 pm. Ambleside Montessori only runs full-time programs. We cannot accept anyone applying for a half-day option.
Do your classrooms have mixed age groups?
Yes, our classes have children in the age range of 2.5 years to five years of age. We believe that mixed-age classes allow younger children to benefit from peer mentoring while older students gain active participation in leadership, building self-esteem on both accounts.
How many students are typically in a Montessori class?
Ambleside Montessori has a maximum of eight children per class of varying ages and two teachers at any given time to deliver our enriched curriculum. Our ratio of teacher to student enhances the highly individualized attention and care our students receive day to day.
Have all the teachers working at Ambleside Montessori obtained their Early Childhood Education certificate?
Yes, this is integral to educating using the Montessori methodology. Up-to-date certificates and first-aid training are essential to being a part of our education team at our preschool.
